About the team:

Welcome to our logistics team a dynamic group dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient stock flow throughout the company. Comprised of individuals who thrive in fastpaced environments we work collaboratively to support various departments and ultimately enhance the experience for our internal teams and valued customers. Our team plays a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

About the role:

As a Logistics Assistant you will be at the heart of our operations ensuring that our stock moves seamlessly through the building and reaches our customers with precision and care. This role is instrumental in maintaining our high standards of efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities:

  • Repack items to be sent back to customers with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Utilise our bespoke technology to pick boxes for packing ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Pack boxes with care to meet customer requirements and maintain highquality standards.

  • Maintain a high level of output while upholding quality standards.

  • Assist in lifting up to 30kg and moving boxes as needed.

  • Support in organising the warehouse and the building as a whole.

  • Move cages of stock between departments and assist in sorting stock.

    Essential skills and experience:

    • Ability to thrive in a handson heavylifting environment.

    • Strong team player mindset with the capacity to work collaboratively.

    • Adaptability to handle a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently while following instructions accurately and efficiently.

    • Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations.

    • Familiarity with inventory management systems.


      In your first three months you will:

      • Familiarise yourself with our logistics processes and technology.

      • Assist in packing items and picking boxes to be packed.

      • Gain proficiency in maintaining quality standards while maximising output.


        In your first six months you will:

        • Begin crosstraining in other departments within Logistics.

        • Take on more responsibilities in organising the warehouse and supporting other departments as needed.


          In your first year you will:

          • Successfully crosstrain in up to 4 departments within the wider Logistics function.

          • Contribute to the implementation of new processes to further enhance efficiency and quality.
