NOK Human Capital is hiring Warehouse Manager for Bless personal care product manufacturing company.

Job Description:

Lead and inspire a team of warehouse fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Plan for future capacity constraints and requirements.

Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvements in warehouse performance.

Review and prepare workflows and action plans that meet company standards for productivity quality and safety standards.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with regulations.

Ensure Good warehousing practices are followed.

Ensure fulfilling loading requirements for all sales channels on time.

Job Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills

Computer background is a must (Excellent Excel user)

Minimum 5 years of experience

At least 2 years of proven experience leading a team
