- Supervising all operations of warehouse management and inventory control according to GDP standards and a good distribution system
- Supervising warehouse staff during daily work
- Develop daily work programs in proportion to the work
- Planning the distribution program on a daily basis and ensuring that the distribution process proceeds according to the planned programme
- Suggesting improvement, remedial and preventive measures that would improve the performance of the work in its management
- Preparing periodic and monthly reports for warehouse management, inventory control and distribution program
