- - Entering and removing all necessary materials according to the rules.
- - Making records for the materials entered and exited from the warehouse.
- Preserving the warehouse assets in a way that ensures that they are not damaged.
- - Periodic inventory of warehouse assets and matching the recorded balances with the actual.
- - Follow up on the materials request when their balances in the warehouse reach the point of re-ordering.
