Job Description
- Plan, organize the reports and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety operations.
- Follow up on the receipt of the products from the factory and add the products to the system
- Send the reports to the warehouse manager, finance & supply chain department on time
- Follow up with the warehouse labors on the shipping and loading of the products to be done accurately and put updates on the system
- Follow the shipping instructions.
- Monitor automated warehousing system; operate a computer to enter data, correct.
- Act as a true team player and work in partnership with his warehouse keepers colleagues.
- Follow up on warehousing and storage of all supplies.
Job Requirements
- Experience 2-3 years in warehousing & inventory management
- Factory experience is required
- Having an accounting background is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good Command of English
- Working under Pressure
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word & Power Point
