Designation : Visual Content Lead HOME CENTRE

Home Centre Visual Content Lead will lead the Visual Content team working in collaboration with Studio Team/web team/Digital marketing team for producing creative imagery/content/visual language for the brand to be used across different channels ( website/App/ Digital marketing creatives/push notifications/blogs/emailers/CRM)

The role requires a focused driven and hardworking individual with knowledge of

• Develop and implement a comprehensive visual content strategy aligned with the brands objectives and target audience for Website App Blogs Emails/digital marketing creatives
• Website best practices
• Possesses sharp aesthetics with an eye for composition colour and design for effective visual content.
• Knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
• Up to date in the latest website trends( both national and International) to make Home Centre imagery relevant to the customer and competition. Would need to constantly benchmark
• Selfdriven and works seamlessly between multiple stakeholders partnering cohesively with marketing team content CRM Digital marketing teams/ agency in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience 78 years in visual content specially website design.

What youll be doing..

• Lead and inspire a team of visual content creators including graphic designers illustrators and multimedia specialists. Encourage a culture of creativity and experimentation within the visual content team
• Produce highquality visual content for Website App Blogs Emails/digital marketing creatives/social media
• Ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand image.
• Ensure that graphic elements contribute positively to SEO especially with image optimization.
• Provide guidance to team members on brand aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Stay abreast of design trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative and cuttingedge visual elements into campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing digital marketing and product teams to understand campaign objectives and integrate visual elements effectively.
• Work closely with writers photographers and other content creators to ensure a harmonious blend of visuals and written content.
• Manage multiple visual content projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Analyze the performance of visual content campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs. Iterate on strategies based on performance data and user feedback.
