Responsibilities:

• Manage and actively participate in the engineering of projects for infrastructure projects including feasibility studies, engineering design, and construction
  

• Manage both office and field
  

• Prepare technical approach plans and direct employees in the execution of project work including the sealing of
  

• Foster cooperative internal working relationships with company principals, project managers, and
  

• Create and maintain working relationships with clients and potential clients to obtain new

Job Requirements:

• Licensed to practice Civil Engineering in the Commonwealth of
  

• Experience with the design and construction administration of Municipal infrastructure
  

• Experience with local government procurement and construction
  

• Experience with grant applications and administration for local project

Qualifications, Experience, and Education:
