We are looking for a talented Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director s vision and is suitable for broadcasting.

Ultimately as a Film and Video Editor you should be able to bring sight and sound together to tell a cohesive story.


Salary: 20K to 25K Per Month.

Responsibilities

  • Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
  • Take a brief to grasp the production team s needs and specifications
  • Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes value and contribution to continuity
  • Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
  • Input music dialogs graphics and effects
  • Create rough and final cuts
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
  • Consult with stakeholders from production to the postproduction process
  • To maximize efficiency continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry s best practices.


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Video Editor
  • Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer Lightworks Premiere After Effects and Final Cut)
  • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
  • Thorough knowledge of timing motivation and continuity
  • Familiarity with special effects 3D and compositing
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills
  • BS degree in film studies cinematography or related field


Salary for Fresher: 15-20K Plus Incentive (Preferrable with required Skills) Salary with min 1-2 years of experience in a related field: 25-30K Plus Incentive We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company (e-commerce industry experience would be preferred)- Should be comfortable with business development-related software such as HubSpot, and Zoho for lead and task updating. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. Maintaining Identifying new sales leads Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients (to repeat clients). Research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company s products Develop quotes and proposals Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills To keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization. So from simple chats on the phone to lunches and events or conferences business development executives must be sure to keep their customers happy. Of course, as with all office jobs, documentation is also a big part of the work. Business development professionals are also obligated to write reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and is not working. Meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
