Vice President of Finance

What we are looking for

Were seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Finance to join our fastgrowing organization. As the highestranking role in the Finance department the Vice President of Finance will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy and growth of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for fund raising initiatives with a specific focus on equity fund raising for the upcoming series.

What does the job involve

• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy in alignment with the companys goals and objectives.
• Lead and oversee all financial functions including budgeting forecasting financial analysis and reporting.
• Manage the fund raising process with a primary focus on equity fund raising for the upcoming series.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to evaluate and optimize financial performance identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiency.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team to drive informed decisionmaking.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders fostering trust and confidence in the companys financial performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends market conditions and financial best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Finance department.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role preferably as a Vice President of Finance or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of equity fund raising with a successful track record of securing funding for highgrowth companies.
• Indepth understanding of financial management principles practices and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities with a demonstrated track record of building and developing highperforming finance teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and contribute to the overall business strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
