Amazon is looking for a talented, driven and enthusiastic Category Manager (m/f/d) to join our Amazon team in the fast moving business. The Category Manager will have full category ownership incl. all related KPI's while also driving key strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and business development.

A successful candidate will be comfortable thinking strategically, and also be able to execute operational details. This role interacts closely with other departments such as supply chain, selection management, other retail categories and marketing across Amazon, and is pivotal to the long terms success of Amazon Egypt. The candidate will communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers. We seek an individual who is a skilled collaborator, highly motivated and has a "can do" mindset. - Full category ownership incl. relevant business metrics

Manage and improve customer experience

Manage selection and availability from new and existing vendors

Establish & manage long term relationships with vendors by driving negotiation and re-negotiation of their terms

End to end ownership of key strategic initiatives and projects

Liaise with divers set of internal stakeholders (e.g. operations, marketing, instock management) to influence decision making processes and business trajectory
