Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement the commercial calendar
• Identify and implement all VAS platforms strategies in alignment with VF-Group direction, Business entities, and across technology
• Successful delivery of all Value added services
• Coach, mentor, develop & retain the right calibers to ensure best delivery according to Vodafone Egypt and group strategy
• Manage, lead, support and monitor 3rd parties serving Vodafone objectives
• Manage budget to ensure all deliverables are on time, to quality and cost efficiency that achieving business targets
• Manage & develop relationships with third party suppliers to deliver best in class services.
• Building and developing next generation systems to achieve best customer experience
