Position Overview: Platty is seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and visual aesthetics of our digital platforms and marketing collateral. In addition to traditional UX/UI responsibilities this role will involve supporting video editing and creation adding a multimedia dimension to our comprehensive offerings.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and user needs.
Create intuitive usercentric designs for web and mobile platforms.
Develop wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups for user testing and development purposes.
Ensure a consistent and visually appealing brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
Multimedia Content Creation:
Develop visually engaging static pieces banners flyers and other marketing collateral.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align design elements with overall campaign objectives.
Global Collaboration:
Work closely with international teams to implement localized design strategies.
Adapt designs to meet cultural and linguistic nuances for diverse audiences.
Platform Development:
Contribute to the development and enhancement of B2B bespoke platforms and solutions.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Final Cut Pro).
- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobilefirst design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of international education or recruitment is a plus
