Be part of our client s team as a Brand Designer where youll craft captivating presentation templates design digital collateral interpret brand guidelines and collaborate on clientfacing design projects. Join us in revolutionizing performance marketing with your creative expertise and passion for innovation.

Unleash Your Potential with:

• Employment Type: Indefinite Term Type Contract
  
• Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST
  
• Work Setup: Remote
  

Ignite Your Design Skills with Diverse Responsibilities:

Marketing Design (50%):

• Craft presentation templates for sales pitches client reporting and additional use cases across Pitch Google Slides and PowerPoint.
  
• Provide realtime support in creating decks for new business pitches.
  
• Design digital collateral for use on BMG360 s social media platforms primarily Instagram and LinkedIn as well as graphics for the BMG360 blog.
  
• Occasionally design physical collateral for use at internal or business development events.
  
• Provide design support for BMG360 s website: creating graphics designing or revising webpages maintaining and updating the component library.
  

Clientfacing Design (50%):

• Interpret client brand guidelines to use and maintain small design systems of brand styles and UI components.
  
• Execute iterative highfidelity landing page mockups for various clients.
  
• Prepare files for proper handoff to the Engineering team according to internal workflow and best practices.
  
• Design iterative static ad creative for use across various digital platforms.
  

Unlock Your Potential with the Following Qualifications:

• Strong grasp of design fundamentals: color typography and composition.
  
• 23 years of experience in digital design showcasing strong presentation examples in your portfolio.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands among projects.
  
• Proficiency in interpreting and synthesizing performance data to enhance future design work.
  
• Familiarity with Figma Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
  
• Education: Marketing or related field.
  
• Tech Stack: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Figma.
  
• Plus: Familiarity with Pitch is advantageous.
  
• Additional Information: Portfolio is required; role entails 50/50 marketing and UI/UX design work.
