Genesis Consulting has an immediate opportunity for an experienced forward thinking UX CX Research Specialist with a passion for growth and business transformation. Join our team and utilize the latest technology to configure develop deliver and support applications for our clients while leveraging concepts of Lean Agile Kanban and SAFe. Our clients are some of the world s leading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs.


Duties and Responsibilities:

The UX CX Research Specialist will play a crucial role in understanding and enhancing the user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) of our products and services. By conducting thorough research and analysis you will provide valuable insights to drive strategic decisionmaking and improve the overall customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors preferences and pain points.
  • Perform indepth customer interviews surveys usability testing and other research methods to gather relevant insights.
  • Create detailed user personas based on research findings to guide product design and development.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with user needs and expectations.
  • Plan conduct and analyze usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness and userfriendliness of digital products and interfaces.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate actionable recommendations to the design and development teams.
  • Develop customer journey maps to visualize and understand the endtoend user experience.
  • Identify touchpoints pain points and opportunities for enhancing the overall customer journey.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our products against industry standards.
  • Provide recommendations based on competitive insights to enhance our product offerings.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers product managers and developers to integrate usercentric insights into the product development lifecycle.
  • Advocate for the importance of user experience in the decisionmaking process.
  • Analyze research data and synthesize findings into clear and actionable insights.
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research results to stakeholders.
  • Provide knowledge transfer.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven experience in UX/CX research including usability testing interviews and survey design.
  • Proficiency with research tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Management or Engineering


Required Certifications:

  • PMP CSM ITIL and/or SAFe (Certification would be a plus) SAP SAFe CSM certifications desired


Other:

  • Local to Minnesota candidates preferred; Remote candidates will be considered.
  • US Citizens Preferred but Green Card candidates considered.
