About the Role

Become a part of a dedicated agricultural team in Rogaland as an Unskilled Farm Worker. This role is fundamental in supporting the daily farm operations focusing on a variety of tasks such as planting maintaining crops and assisting in the care of livestock. No previous experience is necessary making this an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in starting a career in agriculture or looking for seasonal work in a vibrant outdoor setting.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist with planting irrigating and harvesting crops.
• Help with packing and preparing products for shipment.
• Maintain farm infrastructure and equipment under supervision.
• Support livestock care tasks including feeding and cleaning.
• Follow environmental and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Capability to work well within a team.
• Tractor driving license (advantageous but not mandatory).

Note: This role does not require previous experience in farming as comprehensive onthejob training will be provided. This position is physically demanding and will require working in all weather conditions.
