Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes mockups and prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements
• Design user interface elements such as menus tabs and widgets
• Translate concepts into user flows wireframes and mockups
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes
• Ensure design consistency across platforms
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Iterate on designs based on feedback
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Create original graphic designs
• Collaborate with the marketing team for branding

Required Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe XD Sketch)
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Ability to handle constructive criticism and iterate on designs
• Understanding of responsive and mobile design
• Experience collaborating with developers
• Knowledge of Agile development processes
