Your mission

As a Treasurer you will be responsible for processing treasury payments invoicing collections and managing daily cash operations. Maintaining accurate accounting systems is crucial documenting daily cash transactions being able to identify and resolve any discrepancies that may arise and providing support for general accounting tasks will be part of your duties.

Main responsibilities

Perform daily Treasury functions: payments reconciliation of collections and management of daily treasury operations.

Monitor cash flows and ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations.

Conduct financial risk analysis and cash flow projections.

Centralize and manage cash flows from all subsidiaries.

Ensure efficient allocation of financial resources internationally.

Maintain financial records accurately and with the necessary precision.

Update the treasury position considering all movements recorded in the Groups bank accounts and updating the forecast in terms of revenue CAPEX OPEX etc.

Weekly followup on OPEX and CAPEX forecasts with the involved departments.

Analyze the financial model and forecast to estimate the cash figure that could be reinvested in the business as CAPEX without jeopardizing the companys liquidity and consequently its economic viability.

Resolve discrepancies that certain transactions may generate.

Assist the needs of the Accounting Manager and the CFO in generating adhoc reports.

Assist the CFO in achieving the financial strength of the IKONO Group.

Manage and supervise accounts payable and financial liabilities.

Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of treasury processes.

Experience

• 45 years of experience in treasury positions.
• Excellent mathematical and advanced excel skills.
• Fluent in English is a must (C1 other European languages are a plus).
• Knowledge in SAP/treasury would be an advantage.

Your personal skills set

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Business or Finance
• Structured and organized person capable of working in a challenging environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and focus on attention to detail.
• A proactive positive and confident attitude will make a difference.
• Positive cando attitude you radiate good energy in communication.
