As a Travel Scheduler you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements booking accommodations and managing itineraries for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel arrangements for clients including flights accommodations and transportation
• Manage and update travel itineraries to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements
• Research and recommend travel destinations activities and accommodations
• Handle any travelrelated issues or emergencies that may arise during the trip

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in travel coordination or scheduling
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in travel booking platforms and software
• Ability to work independently and remotely
