We are looking for a Travel Consultant who is expertise in selling holiday packages of different destinations to the foreign customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their travel needs preferences and budget. Provide tailored travel advice based on client requirements.
Research plan and arrange itineraries including flights accommodations transfers excursions and special requests.
Handle all bookings using the appropriate systems and tools. Ensure all arrangements are confirmed and properly coordinated.
Provide exceptional customer service before during and after the trip. Handle any issues or changes to travel arrangements as they arise.
Ensure all necessary travel documents including visas insurance and other related paperwork are processed and handed over to clients in a timely manner.
Collect feedback from client s posttrip to constantly improve service quality.
Ensure all travel plans and activities adhere to the companys policies and any relevant UK or international regulations
