Job Description
- Meet & exceed the communicated sales targets.
- Design tailored packages for the customers enjoying unforgettable vacations
- Sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Counsel clients on their various travel choices and explain the differences between available options
- Deal directly with customers over the phone
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Oversee the bookings procedure and ensure accurate processing
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle travel requests efficiently
Job Requirements
- Excellent sales skills
- Target oriented
- Very good English
- Excellent communication skills
- Call center experience is a must
- GDS experience (Amadeus) is a must
- Tourism background is a must
- Umrah knowledge (Hotels – Flights Bookings) is a must
- Males only
