Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza for a Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for arranging travel and providing customer service to clients. The Travel Advisor will need to communicate effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Travel Agency skills
- Experience in arranging travel and creating travel itineraries
- Experience in communication and providing customer support
- Ability to maintain customer satisfaction and manage customer complaints.
- Proficient in Italian or Spanish or German Language
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
