Tasks
- Listen to audio recordings and transcribe them accurately into written documents
- Proofread and edit transcriptions for errors in grammar punctuation and spelling
- Adhere to company guidelines and confidentiality policies when handling sensitive information
- Meet deadlines for completing transcription projects in a timely manner
- Communicate with supervisors or clients to clarify any unclear or ambiguous audio content
Requirements
- Excellent typing and listening skills
- Proficiency in using transcription software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in transcribing audio recordings accurately
