Job Title : Trainer CodeBeamer ALM

Job Responsibilities :

A CodeBeamer ALM Trainer will equip the team with the knowledge and skills focusing on CodeBeamer ALM.

• Analyze user needs and identify training topics.
  
• Design and develop engaging training materials including presentations labs and user guides.
  
• Stay updated on the Codebeamer ALM & incorporate them into training programs.
  
• Effectively deliver course content using clear and concise communication.
  
• Conduct assessments to evaluate trainee understanding.
  
• Answer trainee questions.
  
• Provide ongoing support to trainees after course completion.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the software.
  
• Develop reference materials for ongoing user reference
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
  
• Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evaluations.
  
• Promote CodeBeamer ALM solutions and their benefits.
