Tasks

• Develop and deliver soft skills training programs tailored specifically for the healthcare BPO industry.
  Conduct training sessions to enhance communication customer service and problemsolving skills of the employees.
  Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants.
  Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop targeted training plans.
  Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a soft skills trainer preferably in the healthcare BPO industry.
  Indepth knowledge of soft skills training methodologies and techniques.
  Strong understanding of the healthcare BPO industry and its unique requirements.
  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  Ability to assess training needs and customize programs accordingly.
