Trainee - Sales

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior sales team members in daily activities
• Learn and understand the companys sales process
• Shadow sales representatives to gain insight into customer interactions
• Participate in sales strategy meetings and contribute ideas
• Conduct market research and identify potential leads
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance
• Learn how to negotiate and close sales deals
• Participate in product knowledge training sessions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior sales professionals
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
• Highly motivated and goaloriented
