We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Head of IT Security to join our team. In this dynamic role you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of IT security including hardware software network systems and databases. Your primary objective will be to ensure the robustness and efficiency of our information security protocols including asset management human resource security and access control. You will play a critical role in safeguarding our IT systems from external threats providing comprehensive security solutions and continuously monitoring and auditing network security. Additionally you will be instrumental in supporting our business units with proactive IT planning and executing various tasks assigned by the Head of Strategy & Division Planning related to the banks IT planning function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate comprehensive IT security measures across hardware software operating systems applications networks and databases.
• Manage various aspects of information security including information asset management HR security physical and environmental security and access controls.
• Develop and implement security measures to protect IT systems from external access.
• Provide performance reports and insights to users about system security status and recommend improvements.
• Conduct regular monitoring and audits of network security to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
• Actively support IT planning for business units offering proactive solutions and strategies.
• Fulfill additional assignments as directed by the Head of Strategy & Division Planning in line with the banks IT planning initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 10 years experince in handling IT Security.
• Experience in IT security coordination preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software security systems network security database management and information security principles.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to IT security.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in security audit procedures and risk management.
• A relevant professional certification (e.g. CISSP CISM) in IT security is highly desirable.
