About the Role:
SoftLabs is seeking TOGAF Standard, 10th Edition Certification Trainer for ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in Canberra.
Responsibilities:
- The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) is seeking a seller to provide The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF ) foundations and practitioner training to approximately 20-25 employees. The course must be based on a minimum of TOGAF Standard, Version 9.2 or 10th Edition.
- The seller must be able to demonstrate that they are certified to deliver training in The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF ) Certified Standard, Version 9.2 or 10th Edition and that the seller is able to issue course participants with relevant qualifications or certification after successful completion.
- The course must be delivered online/virtually to enable remote employees to fully participate.
- The course should be structured into two 2-day modules. One of the 2-day modules should focus on foundation level, and the other 2-day module should focus on practitioner level. The two modules may be split over different months. An alternative arrangement may be specified by the seller.
Essential Criteria:
- Delivery approach- The effectiveness of the proposed delivery approach, including the use of a variety of teaching methods and techniques, the flexibility of the program to meet the needs of participants, and the approach to delivering an equally high-quality training experience to those joining online.
- Experience- The seller s experience in successfully delivering similar training programs, particularly for organisations similar to the DTA.
- Trainers- The qualifications, experience, and expertise of the trainers who will be delivering the training, including their: Expertise in The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF ); Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Flexibility and adaptability; Up-to-date knowledge of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF ); and passion and enthusiasm for teaching.
