Job Description: Territory Sales Executive

Location: Various regions in Tamil Nadu Chennai (3 positions) Salem (1 position) Erode (1 position) Namakkal (1 position)

Position Overview:

As a Territory Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving direct sales within the hardware retail market specifically focusing on Bath Fittings Sanitary ware and Pipe Fittings. Your primary duties will include daily visits to retail counters to facilitate secondary sales. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of one year of experience in this market equipped with their own transportation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily visits to retail counters within the designated territory to promote and sell products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure ongoing sales and market presence.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning execution and followup of sales activities.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide product demonstrations training and support to retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly sales reports to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to implement promotional strategies and campaigns within the territory.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in direct sales within the hardware retail market preferably in Bath Fittings Sanitary ware or Pipe Fittings.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own a reliable bike for daily transportation.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office for generating reports and communication purposes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
