Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for maximizing query conversions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by following organizational standards. Your primary task will be to work directly with customers/clients via phone and persuade them to buy Forex exchange/Forex Cards. Additional responsibilities include:
- Handling bookings against assigned leads
- Bringing sales and meeting targets
- Ensuring quality service delivery
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you need to meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (any BPO sales)
- Undergraduate/graduate
- Flexible to work in a shift window of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (any 9 hours shift)
- No night shifts
- Available for immediate joining
