Role Objective
- Work closely with team member to utilize leads in various aspects of marketing, such as telephone sales, direct marketing, and work with them to qualify leads.
Role Dimensions / Essential Job Functions
- Qualifyleadsbased on geographical and behavioral criteria.
- Conduct online and over the phone research.
- Act like an owner, facilitator, and coordinator forleadgenerationteam projects and initiatives.
- Handle customers’ complaints professionally and escalate to the Sales Team who is in charge when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Proven experience as telesales , customer care or sales coordinator any related
- Excellent communication skills
