Telesales Agent

Job Description

• Contact and follow up with new leads or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Contact and follow up with existing customers for renewing and upgrading
• Collect installment amount
• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our service offering
• Address any questions or issues customers may have
• Keep an updated customer database
• Build strong relationships with customers to Assist the Sales B2b and find a new channel for sales
• Achieving sales target
• Handle complains to preserve the company’s reputation

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role
• Proven record of met target (google sheet, excel)
• Ability and willingness to learn about our services specifications and benefits
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Varying levels of computer proficiency (Google sheet, Excel ) and good organizational skills
• background of trending technologies (Robotics, Programming, graphics) are preferred
• Outstanding negotiation skills , Communication skills And Presentation Skills
• English fluency (preferred)
• BSc/BA is a plus
