Tasks

• Answer incoming telephone calls from potential and existing clients in a professional and courteous manner

• Provide information about the companys real estate products and services to customers over the phone

• Assist customers with inquiries including property details pricing availability and scheduling appointments

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database

• Identify and escalate any customer issues or complaints to the appropriate department for resolution

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing
• Strong problemsolving abilities
