Overview:

The Telecaller plays a crucial role in the organization by being the first point of contact with potential customers. They are responsible for making outbound calls to generate sales leads and communicate the value proposition of the organizations products or services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Explain products or services to potential customers
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes
  • Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the organization
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and quantity
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and be informed about new products or services
  • Provide feedback and input on calling scripts and processes

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a telesales or customer service role
  • Proven track record of successful sales or lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
  • Strong listening and problemsolving skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales systems
  • Positive and resilient attitude towards challenges
