Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Calling potential customers to persuade them to purchase Software products and services.
- Generating promising leads and meetings for the field sales team to pursue.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to set meetings and respond to customer objections.
- Developing indepth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or overachieving daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and meetings.
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation
- Proven work experience of 1 to 5 Years in B2B Tele Sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent Communication and Presentations Skills
- Goaloriented with a proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
