Indias Leading IT Company is looking for a highly motivated Tele Sales Associate. The Organization is has been one of the fastest growing SaaS start up in India to reach 1 million active App users.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Calling potential customers to persuade them to purchase Software products and services.
• Generating promising leads and meetings for the field sales team to pursue.
• Using sales scripts proffered by the company to set meetings and respond to customer objections.
• Developing indepth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers needs and preferences.
• Continually meeting or overachieving daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and meetings.

Desired Candidates Profile:

• Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation
• Proven work experience of 1 to 5 Years in B2B Tele Sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent Communication and Presentations Skills
• Goaloriented with a proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
