Job Title: Tele Caller
Salary range: 15000 to 20000 per month
Qualification: PUC or any Degree
Location: Peenya Bangalore
Experience: 0 to 1 years
Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services
2. Handle inbound calls from customers who are interested in purchasing products/services
3. Provide information about products/services answer questions and address customer concerns
4. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for sales
8. Stay uptodate on product knowledge and sales techniques
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar sales/customer service role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to persuade customers and close sales
4. Strong negotiation skills
5. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets
6. Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
7. High school diploma or equivalent
8. Proficiency in MS Office
