Requirement for 1 x Support Analyst to provide Technology Hub services for Potash at BHP Saskatoon.
The Technology Hub provides Level 1 / 2 Desktop Support both inperson and remote to users from a central location in the BHP Offices.

Scope:
Logging and creating Interactions Incidents and Service Requests
Tracking progress of Incidents and Service Requests through to closure with Global Service Desk and other Resolver Teams
Managing Interactions Incidents and Service Requests through to closure
Managing escalations related to Incidents and Service Requests
Installing configuring and supporting enduser equipment and devices (Laptop Desktop Printer and Unified Communications)
Management of hardware failures (Laptop Desktop Printer and Unified Communications) coordinate with Hardware Service Provider for replacement parts and warranty repairs
Hands and Feet Support for Remote Resolver Teams
Small Project / Minor Demand Support (Floor Moves Relocations and Reshuffles)
Event and Townhall Unified Communicatons Support (Webex Microsoft Stream)
