Position: Quality Manager
Shift: 1st | Hours: 7AM - 3PM
Type: Full-Time | Mode: Direct Placement / Contract-To-Hire

Our Client is seeking an experienced Quality ;The Quality Manager will be responsible for managing quality personnel, customer and supplier interface, and maintaining compliance with all AS9100, ISO, and regulatory

Job Responsibilities:
- RManage a small to medium team of engineers and quality personnel
- Maintain the Company Quality efforts and personnel
- Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and AS9100 Aerospace Standard
- Evaluate production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements
- Develop and assure Quality Assurance Department budget is maintained
- Manage internal auditing activities
- Collaborate with management and senior staff across production departments, to draft acceptable quality standards and compliance procedures
- Develop and implement quality standard testing and evaluation processes
- Assess test results and approves recommended changes
- Review quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, compliance, and relevance
- Periodically report the status of quality control and operations to executive leadership and, when required, regulatory agencies
- Be accountable for Quality Program management and timely performance of Quality Assurance Department tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science: Mechanical Engineering | 5 Years of Experience
- AS9102 Experience
- Internal Auditor Experience | AS9100 Rev D
