Technical Trainer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing technical training programs and materials based on organizational needs and objectives.
• Delivering engaging and effective technical training sessions to employees in various formats including classroom settings virtual environments and ondemand modules.
• Assessing the training needs of employees and determining the most suitable training solutions.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.
• Providing technical support and coaching to schools to reinforce learning and skill development.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Utilizing instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create impactful and dynamic learning experiences.
• Implementing learning management systems and other technologies to streamline training processes and track employee progress.
• Managing training logistics including scheduling venue coordination and resource allocation.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical training and incorporating them into training strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Arduino Coding Computer Science Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in technical training instructional design or a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in a specific technical domain such as software development network administration or cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and other training tools.
• Project management skills including the ability to plan organize and execute training initiatives within given timelines and budget constraints.
• Certifications in training and development such as CPTM or ATD are preferred.
• Ability to adapt to technological advancements and update training approaches accordingly.
• Detailoriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in training delivery.
