About the Role
Coronado Unified School District located in beautiful Coronado California is seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Theatre Assistant. This parttime role provides a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our comprehensive arts program.
Key Responsibilities
As the Technical Theatre Assistant your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the setup and operation of technical equipment for school events and performances.
• Collaborating with the technical theatre team to ensure smooth execution of productions.
• Assisting in the maintenance and repair of technical equipment.
• Providing support during rehearsals and performances including lighting sound and stage management.
• Helping with the organization and inventory of props costumes and set pieces.
• Assisting in the creation and implementation of special effects.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:

• Previous experience in technical theatre or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of lighting sound and stage equipment.
• Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
