Technical Tester Test Automation

Our Clients Delivery Solutions team is seeking a skilled Technical Tester with a focus on test automation to strengthen their client team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the test automation process test planning and overall testing methodology.

Content and Scope of the Assignment:

As a Technical Tester specializing in Test Automation your primary goal is to establish a structured approach to testing within the team. This includes performing technical tests scripting test cases and executing maintaining and evolving tests within the test automation framework. You will be expected to guide and support the team in all testrelated matters and contribute to the development and execution of automated tests.

Description of the Assignment:

The GIM team operates in an agile environment within the Client Group ITs Delivery Solutions.

Responsibilities include identifying automation opportunities based on business benefits guiding the team in testrelated matters and reporting operationallevel status risks and recommendations.

Key tasks involve writing executing and documenting automated tests coordinating and communicating test results working with databases and eventbased systems and contributing to the teams development cycle.

Results:

Drive the implementation of automated testing and facilitate knowledge transfer to the GIM team.

Ensure the teams work is tested in a structured efficient and highquality manner.

Contribute to streamlining the teams development cycle during sprints and Program Increments.

Establish positive relationships and collaborative ways of working with business and other teams responsible for adjacent systems.

Tests:

In collaboration with the business the consultant must perform ST SIT E2E and UAT when necessary.

Knowledge Transfer:

Drive the work with test automation and ensure skill transfer within the team. Proficiency in writing technical documentation is essential.

Documentation:

• Document all test automation scripts in Git.
• Record all testrelated work in Confluence.
• Document all test execution in Atlassian Zephyr for Jira.

Requirements:

MUSTrequirements:

• Documented experience with test automation tool Playwright.
• Technical testing experience for agile teams in both Backend and Frontend in IT systems.
• Experience in endtoend unit system and integration tests functional and nonfunctional tests acceptance tests and test automation.
• Experience with technical documentation.
• Proven experience in building test automation frameworks.
• Awareness of all steps in the GIM team test process.
• Must be driven and selfmotivated.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Swedish and English.

SHOULDrequirements:

• Advantageous experience in master data testing.
• Advantageous experience in test automation in graphical interfaces.
• Meritorious experience in setting up frameworks for test automation.
• Meritorious experience in requirements and testing tools (e.g. Jira Zephyr SQL Java Javascript and GoLang).
• Advantageous experience in agile development with the SAFe framework.
