Technical Team Leader

We are recruiting a new Technical Team leader for our C#.NET talent pool that works on 3 applications.

Role description:

• Manage a team of 8 developers and 2 BA: manage the HR tech part of env accesses etc;
• Collaboration with your homolog from the Paris team to ensure a great coordination in the extended WW team: team organization global backlog management/planification for the 3 applications business relationship;
• Oversee and contribute to the development of new features front to back as part of an Agile team;
• Ensure the delivery of high quality solutions to agreed specifications within agreed time scales using code review practice and occasionally pair programming;
• Point out architecture or code issues followed by active involvement in order to clean it up;
• Assess regularly technical weaknesses in the application or development process and propose action plans (obsolescence security resiliency monitoring software/infrastructure upgrade);
• Get involved in discussions with stakeholders to elaborate a technical strategy.

Qualifications:

• Have asolid understanding of C#.NET 4.5 and OOP frontend development using HTML5 and JavaScript SQL (Microsoft SQL Server);
• Have experience with AngularJS/REACT/Angular RESTful and WCF web services;
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Leader;
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle;
• Be willing in developing your project/team management skills you like to work in an international environment you like to interact with stakeholders in collaboration with the business analysts;
• Befamiliar with: Git Unit Testing & Continuous Integration frameworks approach (TeamCity Sonar NUnit);
• Havea Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
