- Become a Technical Superhero: Be the first line of defense for our customers tackling technical challenges related to Office 365 (especially Exchange Online) Networking Active Directory and more.

Were looking for someone who:
- Speaks Italian fluently: Confidently communicate with our Italian customers both verbally and in writing.
- Office 365 Guru: Possess a strong understanding of Office 365 particularly Exchange Online and its functionalities in an Enterprise environment.
- Technical Powerhouse: Have a solid foundation in networking protocols authentication (Basic Kerberos NTLM) and PowerShell.
- Directory Synchronization Savvy: Experience working with tools like DirSync and Azure AD Connect is a plus.
- DNS Decipherer: Understand DNS records management and troubleshooting techniques.
- Active Directory Ace: Navigate Active Directory with ease including FSMO Roles Domains & Trusts and Sites & Services.
- Network Capture Ninja: Be comfortable reading and analyzing network captures to identify issues.

Training:
- 4week intensive training program in English (8 hours/day)
- Training compensation: 92.80 euros per week
Salary:
- 1300.84 euros gross monthly (including room & meal allowances holiday & Christmas bonuses)
