Your main tasks

• Customer and Partner Engagement:.
  Serve as the first point of contact for customers distribution partners and colleagues related to our innovative CAD/CAM by ensuring effective communication and successful project outcomes.
• Customer advice and Support:
  Provide expert advice and technical support on topics such as NC programming effective utilization of our software technologies CNC machines and CNC controls.
• Inquiry Handling:
  Manage the execution evaluation analysis and tracking of incoming external and internal inquiries.
• Technological development
  Integrate innovative technologies and best practices into the development and optimization of our products.

Your profile

• Technical proficiency in a mechanical environment:
  Possess a strong foundation in mechanical concepts and processes.
• CAM software expertise:
  Demonstrated experience and knowledge in ComputerAided Manufacturing (CAM) software with a preference for familiarity with hyperMILL.
• Computer skills:
  Proficiency in utilizing MS Office 365 tools including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
  Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with preference given to experience with Salesforce.
• Communication skills:
  Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
  Possess effective soft skills that contribute to positive interpersonal interactions.
• Goaloriented mindset:
  Display a focusoriented approach appreciating and thriving in challenging goaldriven environments.
  Exhibit a proactive makeithappen attitude towards tasks and objectives.
• Language proficiency:
  Proficiency in written and spoken English is a plus.
