Our Chinese partner is looking for a Technical support manager.
Tasks
- Technical analysis of the game (with the help of experts technical translation of the game analysis is required).
- Interaction with technical support service (in Russian).
- Active search for information in the Chinese Internet space (competitive analysis collection of additional information from various sources in general).
- Assistance in negotiations (in Chinese).
- Assistance in setting up gaming software.
- Active search for information on the Internet.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Chinese (confident HSK5 technical Chinese experience required) and Russian language.
- Multitasking.
- Experience in online card games (mahjong online poker etc.).
- Product knowledge.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Confident PC user.
