Heres what youll bring:

  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 especially Exchange Online (Enterprise environment).
  • Networking protocols authentication (Basic Kerberos NTLM) and PowerShell foundations.
  • Experience with DirSync Azure AD Connect DNS management and network capture analysis.
  • Active Directory knowledge (FSMO roles domains & trusts Sites & Services).

  • Take ownership of new cases and escalations be a problemsolving ninja!
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct indepth research and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Advocate for your customers and keep them informed throughout the process.
  • Work with engineers to develop solutions test cases and improve our services.
  • Document your work meticulously knowledge sharing is key!
  • Proactively address customer concerns before they escalate.
