The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for delivering outstanding customer support and delighting our customers.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and hands-on technical support engineer who can rapidly learn the value proposition and apply to customers of all sizes.
Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain our customers IT infrastructure (cloud or on-prem).
Support customers remote or on-site.
Design and deploy new IT infrastructure projects for customers (cloud or on-prem).
Working under ITIL framework and managed services concepts.
Requirements - ANY of the following:
Office 365 Administration Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
Manage Windows Servers (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory)
Manage Linux Servers
Manage Firewall (Check Point, FortiGate, Cisco)
Manage virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
Manage Cloud Resources (Azure, AWS)
Manage Backup and Replication Platforms (Veeam)
Knowledge of scripting (shell scripts, batch files, PowerShell, etc.)
Manage networking equipment (Switches, Access Points, Routers)
