To continue our mission we are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Billing associate to join our team. As a Billing associate you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing medical billing activities for our virtual healthcare services. Responsibilities:
  • You will be a part of TOPS (Technology Operation) team.
  • Work closely with business operation team in managing day to day issues resolve user queries.
  • Keeping records of various issues helps the team prioritize fixes and automations.
  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
  • Taking ownership of technical issues and working closely with developers to resolve more complicated problems.
  • Work closely with product team to enhance the quality of existing products.
  • Design and develop the complete use case of any business flow in salesforce.
  • Create accurate DB queries to prepare reports.
  • Analyze the operational data and suggest operations team to enhance the productivity.

Requirements:
  • 35 years of experience in Application Support.
  • Experience working with SQL writing queries to get data for debugging issues and developing features.
  • Hands on with any of the scripting languages like Bash Python Php etc
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking.
  • Problem solving and debugging skills.
  • Shift Time: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST (5pm 2:30 am IST)
  • Familiarity with JIRA Tableau AWS Connect
  • Experience in working with Salesforce is a plus.
