Job Description
- Prepare design/drawings for small projects
- Review drawings by other consultants
- Prepare estimated cost for projects
- Coordinate with the site all site requirements (drawings, time schedules, contracts)
- Prepares Requests for Proposals (RFP's) for major projects, vets bids and makes recommendations in line with corporate procedures
- Assists in the selection of successful bidders and awards of construction contracts
- In accordance with set guidelines, investigates, confirms and conducts initial research and designs for pipeline projects for further recommendation to the top management
- Participates in the formation and implementation of the divisional business plan
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in Site Construction work
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Problem-solving techniques
- Attention to details
- Well organized
- High Leadership Skills
