Overview:
The Technical Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying attracting and hiring top technical talent. They are instrumental in building a highquality team that drives the companys innovation and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills experience and fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards social media and employee referrals to identify and attract top talent.
- Attend job fairs and other recruiting events to network and generate leads.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices for efficient and effective recruitment processes.
- Manage the offer process including negotiating offers and influencing candidates decisions.
- Participate in employer branding activities to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice.
- Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs.
- Track and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in IT Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter or similar role.
- Understanding of technology roles skills and terminology.
- Familiarity with relevant sourcing tools and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
- Certification in recruiting or sourcing (e.g. AIRS LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter etc.) is a plus.
