Overview:


The Technical Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying attracting and hiring top technical talent. They are instrumental in building a highquality team that drives the companys innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills experience and fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards social media and employee referrals to identify and attract top talent.
  • Attend job fairs and other recruiting events to network and generate leads.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices for efficient and effective recruitment processes.
  • Manage the offer process including negotiating offers and influencing candidates decisions.
  • Participate in employer branding activities to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree in IT Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter or similar role.
  • Understanding of technology roles skills and terminology.
  • Familiarity with relevant sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Certification in recruiting or sourcing (e.g. AIRS LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter etc.) is a plus.
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing market conditions.
