Overview

As a Technical Recruiter (Fresher) in our 100% remote work from home team you will play a vital role in acquiring top talent to support our technical teams. You will be responsible for sourcing screening and facilitating the onboarding process for technical roles. Your ability to identify and engage with qualified candidates will directly impact our companys growth and success.

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize various channels to source potential candidates including job boards social media and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and applications for technical skills and cultural fit
  • Recruiting candidates on job portals such as Upwork Indeed LinkedIn Hirist etc.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates interest availability and basic qualifications
  • Maintain candidate databases and use applicant tracking systems to track progress
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and interview questionnaires tailored to entrylevel technical roles
  • Participate in job fairs career events and networking opportunities to attract fresh talent
  • Proactively build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Consistently meet or exceed hiring goals and deadlines
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding hiring practices and equal opportunities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and methods
  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process
  • Adapt to changing priorities and embrace a fastpaced dynamic work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meet targets / deadlines

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Basic understanding of technical roles and skills (e.g. programming languages software development)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote virtual team environment
  • Passion for learning and growth within the talent acquisition field
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with diverse candidate pools
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Ability to maintain a positive candidate experience
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and recruitment trends
  • A proactive and selfmotivated approach to work

Although this is a remote working position you still need to be based in Chandigarh/Mohali area. Please do not apply if you are not based in Chandigarh/Mohali area.
